Elizabeth Harkness leads the operations and human resources departments at Weinstein Spira. She joined Weinstein Spira in 2015. Prior to her position at Weinstein Spira, Elizabeth was an HR Business Partner and University Relations Lead at Noble Energy. She has worked in the technology, energy and professional services industries throughout her career and is Weinstein Spira’s guru of employee recruitment and engagement. Energetic and sharp, she always has an eye out for top talent.

Elizabeth plays an integral role in providing internal support through a period of growth for Weinstein Spira, by reinforcing and enhancing internal company culture, and adding structure to internal processes and procedures as the firm expands.  She is deeply committed to the need for the firm to engage, motivate and develop their people while maintaining a pragmatic approach to business improvement and achievement of overall financial goals.

She has three children, Madeline, Hunter and Holden.  Outside of the office, you can find Elizabeth practicing yoga, hiking outdoors or listening to live music at a local venue.
